Jujube Date is distinguished by very high content of antioxidants, saponins, bioflavonoids, tannin and pectin. Also contains vitamins C, A, B1 and B6, calcium, iron, potassium and sodium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus. Jujube Date is often used for the production of herbal supplements supporting liver function, because it detoxically detoxifies the body and cleans the cells.
