Delivery and payment

Payment

For order in our store you can pay:

1. via Dotpay

2. by traditional bank transfer

3. in cash personally at our headquarter

4. in cash on delivery

Delivery

Available carriers and cost of delivery:

1. Personal collection 0 zł

2. InPost Paczkomaty 9,20 zł

3. InPost Courier 11.90 zł (cash on delivery 14.00 zł)

4. DHL Courier 15.00 zł (cash on delivery 17.30 zł)

Shipments are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the payment, and when selecting the shipping charge from the time of acceptance.
We cooperate with DHL or InPost couriers. Once the package has been registered, the tracking number is sent to the email address you provided in the order.
Free delivery is possible on orders over 150 zł.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The termination date expires 14 days after the date on which you received the item or received a third party advised by you (other than the carrier).
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by expressing a statement by sending an e-mail to: biuro@solidafood.com.pl. In order for the refund to be processed, you must return the product immediately, no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The term is retained if you send us the item before it expires.

In case of withdrawal we will refund the value of the product. We will return the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. We will refund your payment using the same payment method as you used in your original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to another payment. If the original payment is "cash on delivery", we will return the payment to the bank account number indicated by the customer.

Indirect costs of reimbursement shall be borne by the Customer. Remember that when you return something, you are only responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a different way than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item.
